I love history. However, looking at old pictures make me sad. This is a 1942 picture Quezon Boulevard taken from the Quezon Bridge (You can see the UST Main Building in the background). Today, I just can’t imagine being along this road without the horrible traffic, the noisy passenger jeepneys and buses, the innumerable peddlers, and the overall chaos. I hope someday, Manila will be restored to its old grandeur. High-res
